Johnson Service Group is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator for our client in Boston. This role would be more ideal for a more candidate and include the following.

6 month contract, part-time M-TH 8am-2

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment.
  • Facilitate office maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist with updating site-specific, internal documentation
  • Support onboarding/off-boarding activities
  • Employee Experience + Culture
  • Help execute employee engagement initiatives and office events.
  • Assist with internal communications to ensure employees are informed about office updates.
  • Support Workplace policies and promote a positive work culture.
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning (printers, misc. IT equipment)
  • Coordinate with IT team for troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant Office Administration Experience
  • Experience promoting a positive workplace culture by organizing and hosting events such as anniversaries, birthdays, icebreakers, and other team-building activities, while also supporting additional administrative tasks as needed.
