Job SummaryThe Advancement Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Advancement Department, ensuring the efficient execution of all fundraising activities. Responsibilities include support for the Chief Advancement Officer, donor processing, event support, and database management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, a self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities independently, and proficient in Google Suite and Raiser's Edge CRM.
This is a non‑exempt position.
Essential Functions Administrative Support- Manage the CAO and team calendars, including scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and relationships with building, IT, and internal departments.
- Reconcile team credit card expenses and prepare monthly donation records and reconciliation with the Senior Development Associate.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Assist with gift processing, including data entry, acknowledgment letters, and pledge tracking.
- Maintain accurate donor records and prepare fundraising activity reports.
- Support donor stewardship activities, including communications and solicitation coordination.
- Assist the Events Manager with event logistics, including nametags, mailing lists, guest list updates, mailings, and marketing materials.
- Staff events as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or a related field, or four years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or executive support.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite; experience with Raiser's Edge strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $26.46-$29.50
