Role OverviewThis role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, mail, and maintenance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities management and vendor relationships
- Maintain office budget and track expenses, including vendor payments and office purchases
- Support scheduling and calendar management for leadership or department heads as needed
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding logistics for employees (desk setup, access badges, office tours)
- Ideate, organize and support internal engagement events, meetings, and company gatherings
- Ensure office policies and procedures are documented, updated, and followed
- Provide administrative support to executives as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive office culture by promoting collaboration and engagement
- Proven experience as an office manager
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack (or similar tools)
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience managing budgets or basic accounting is a plus
