Role Overview

This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, mail, and maintenance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities management and vendor relationships
  • Maintain office budget and track expenses, including vendor payments and office purchases
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for leadership or department heads as needed
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding logistics for employees (desk setup, access badges, office tours)
  • Ideate, organize and support internal engagement events, meetings, and company gatherings
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are documented, updated, and followed
  • Provide administrative support to executives as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive office culture by promoting collaboration and engagement
Office Manager Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an office manager
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack (or similar tools)
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience managing budgets or basic accounting is a plus
