The Columbus Hospitality Group, which includes Mistral, Sorellina, Ostra & Mooo Beacon, Seaport & Burlington, is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Reservations Manager to help coordinate the daily operations of our corporate Reservations Office.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills. The primary function of this position is managing the day-to-day tasks required in the office and assigning projects to reservationists as needed.

At least three years of customer service experience and working knowledge of Open Table are required in order to be considered for this position, along with general computer proficiency and typing skills. This position is extremely detail-oriented and requires someone who is able to multi-task. Compensation would be based on experience.

As a representative of the Columbus Hospitality Group, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests. We are looking for someone who is able to communicate effectively with genuine hospitality and warmth.

We are currently seeking a candidate who will work a 5-day work week, works day hours are usually 11:00am-7:00pm or 12:00pm-8:00pm. This would be a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to work a Saturday when needed. Office hours are 11:00am to 7:00pm Monday, 11:00am to 7:30pm Tuesday, 11:00am-8:00pm Wednesday and Thursday, 11:00am to 9:00pm Friday, 12:00pm to 9:00pm on Saturday, and 3-7:30 on Sundays.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls for all 6 of our restaurants, including calls to our Owner, Operations Managers, and Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Making new reservations for guests and updating existing reservations – taking detailed notes regarding any specific requests for the reservation.
  • Checking shared reservations office email throughout shift, responding as necessary to any reservation requests.
  • Assisting to manage the Reservationist staff, and training as needed.
  • Completing various office projects as assigned by the Reservations Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Operations Managers.
