Program Coordinator – Administrative Support
At Mass General Brigham, the Program Coordinator coordinates program activities, supports project implementation, and enhances program effectiveness. The role ensures operational efficiency, promotes communication across departments, and contributes to data reporting for strategic improvements.
Essential Functions- Assist in day‑to‑day administrative tasks related to program management.
- Maintain accurate, organized program documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
- Plan and execute events related to hospital programs, such as workshops, training sessions, and community outreach activities.
- Enter and manage program‑related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with program participants and stakeholders, providing information, collecting feedback, and addressing inquiries.
- Provide assistance with the program’s financial operations.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required;
Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred. - 0‑1 year of experience in administrative or program support required.
- Basic financial/accounting skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
