Salary Range: $52,458 - $81,036
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Principal ObjectivePerforms a variety of administrative, sales and marketing support activities related to the investment and wealth management business at Clarendon Private, a subsidiary of Beacon Financial Corporation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Maintains executive's schedule by planning meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Greeting clients and prospects at the Reception desk answer and direct inquiries.
- Provide backup to team members who are out of the office; monitor emails of teammates for incoming client requests.
- Provide superior level of service and responsiveness to customer's needs within scope of authority and expertise.
- Maintain client files in hard copy or online; set up initial files and update as necessary to keep in compliance for financial service audits, assist with outgoing correspondence.
- Prepare marketing pitch books for prospect and client meetings.
- Laisse with outside marketing team to edit marketing materials and blogs.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting teams' expense reports.
- Responsible for adhering to Clarendon Privates policies and procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate meeting and special event details as necessary.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
- General knowledge and interest in investment services
- Highly comfortable with learning new technology platforms
- Strong telephone skills; proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
