In‑Person Real Estate Administrative Assistant – Are You Organized & Responsive? Please Apply! Are you a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and a knack for effective communication? If so, join our team as a Part‑Time Real Estate Administrative Assistant in our Auburn Office. At ERA Key Realty Services, we’re looking for a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy professional to support our real‑estate agents in delivering top‑notch service to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Transaction Tracking – monitor all transactions from the initial agreement through post‑closing, produce closing statements for agents and the company.
  • Transaction Reporting – ensure timely closure and reporting of transactions, maintaining accurate records for the bookkeeping department.
  • Compliance Review – review all documentation for file compliance, ensuring adherence to company policy and State Real Estate regulations.
  • Social Media Marketing – maintain and update the branch’s social media presence to promote our culture and services.
  • Marketing Support – assist in preparing print marketing materials for listings and open houses using predefined templates.
  • Office Organization – manage overall office organization and supply inventory, notifying facilities management of any needs.
Qualifications
  • Tech‑savvy – proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, internet skills; knowledge of Canva is a plus. Quick learner and troubleshooter.
  • Attention to detail – strong math and document accuracy.
  • Adaptability – flexible with daily routines, capable of prioritizing shifting responsibilities.
  • Customer‑centric – excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, building relationships across diverse personalities.
  • Problem solver – quick decision making, effective problem solving, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Communication – strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
