Adecco staffing is seeking an Executive Assistant for a company in South Boston! This is a temp to hire opportunity, with hybrid flexibility.
Hours8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Thursday
* some evenings, weekends and out-of-state travel required when needed.
$40-$50/hour DOE
DescriptionThe Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the President’s Office by facilitating the CEO’s day-to-day operations, and acting as a bridge between the CEO, the Board of Directors, and internal/external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing complex schedules, correspondence, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage Board of Directors operations, including meeting logistics, materials preparation, capturing minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats, and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external constituencies on CEO matters.
- Create and manage systems to oversee the smooth operations of the administrative office.
- Provide strategic and operational support on ad hoc executive initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Provide operational support for events, travel, and development of organizational policies.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactivity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
