160911 Residency & Fellowship Program Coordinator, Boston MA, 3 Months contract
Sigma, Inc. is looking for a Residency & Fellowship Program Coordinator to work onsite with Beth Israel Lahey Health Hospital in Boston, MA.
Schedule- Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Must be separated from BILH for a min of 6 months in order to be considered (perm, per diem, contract).
Sigma, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Residency & Fellowship Program Coordinator to support the Pulmonary Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. This role provides administrative, scheduling, and onboarding support to students, trainees, and fellows within a busy academic medical environment.
Key Responsibilities Program & Trainee Support- Coordinate onboarding for residents, fellows, and visiting students
- Maintain trainee documentation and evaluations in Med Hub
- Assist with compliance, credentialing, and orientation workflows
- Manage calendars, meetings, conferences, and educational sessions
- Schedule luncheons, academic activities, and department events
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Zoom and Teams meetings
- Support program directors, faculty, and educational staff
- Manage correspondence, schedules, and trainee communication
- Utilize EPIC for administrative functions involving scheduling
- Handle phone calls, emails, and stakeholder inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate trainee records and schedules
- Generate reports and update databases as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive educational data
- Experience supporting residency, fellowship, or medical education programs
- Proficiency with Med Hub
, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office - EPIC experience required
- Strong administrative and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to plan meetings, organize luncheons, and coordinate events
- Must have been separated from BILH for at least 6 months
