Executive Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to executives, manage confidential data, and serve as a key liaison between leadership, clients, and the community. This role offers $38/hr along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact between executives and clients
  • Manage and process confidential data with accuracy and discretion
  • Act as a liaison for the school board, maintaining professional relationships with community contacts
  • Perform high‑level administrative tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring efficiency and organization
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong familiarity with school district policies and procedures
Nice‑to‑Have Experience
  • Prior experience in a university or educational institution setting
  • Experience coordinating executive‑level projects or initiatives
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with project management tools or scheduling software
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of higher education or public administration practices
