Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations for a banking or financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong calendar management skills and hands‑on experience with Concur or travel and expense management systems. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and team members
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle travel arrangements and process expense reports using Concur or similar tools
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential information with accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong experience with calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Hands‑on experience with Concur or travel/expense management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting banking or financial services clients
  • Familiarity with compliance‑driven or fast‑paced corporate environments
