Front Desk Coordinator to $55K - Be the Welcoming Face of a Trusted Firm!
Our client, a well‑established financial services organization, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to manage daily front‑of‑house operations and provide essential administrative support. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, oversee office logistics, and assist with special projects that keep the team running smoothly.

In Office - Degree:
Preferred - Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors with professionalism; answering and routing incoming calls; sorting and distributing mail and deliveries; maintaining office supplies and inventory; supporting senior staff with administrative tasks; and handling special projects as assigned.
- The ideal candidate possesses proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with office equipment and ability to learn new software; excellent organizational and multitasking skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities; a polished, professional presence; and a proactive, customer‑service mindset.
