Executive Assistant to 100K - Drive Impact Behind the Scenes!

Our client, a leading private equity firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to a group of senior executives. In this fast‑paced role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate international and domestic travel, and ensure seamless communications across stakeholders.

Base Pay Range

$10,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Manage intricate calendars and schedule for multiple executives.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare expense reports and track reimbursements.
  • Handle confidential communications with discretion.
  • Organize meetings, events, and conference logistics.
  • Partner with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of executive assistant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Professional, resourceful demeanor in high‑pressure environments.
