Daice Labs, founded by MIT CSAIL scientists, develops hybrid AI frameworks integrating LLMs/DL with symbolic reasoning and bio-inspired system design to create adaptable, explanatory AI systems. The company operates through two main divisions: the Product Lab, which focuses on creating collaborative platforms for human teams and AI co-building, and the AI Research Lab, which investigates natural intelligence principles to design new AI architectures.

This is a full‑time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, assisting with various administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. The role involves supporting executives in their day‑to‑day activities, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth operational workflow.
