- Hybrid working environment with two days out of five in office
- Handling pre- and post-award grants management
- Maintaining accurate grants records for compliance and historical purposes
- Assisting with month-end close including reconciliations and reporting
- Working with departments to track budget to actuals
- Communicating with state and local vendors
- 3+ years in a grants accounting role in a nonprofit environment
- Proficiency in creating reports using Microsoft Excel
- Experience with a major ERP
