A growing commercial real estate firm is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage property-level accounting, support property management operations, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. This hands‑on role reports to the CFO with potential for growth into an Accounting Manager position.

• Reconcile bank and escrow accounts, post journal entries, and maintain fixed asset records
• Track commissions, deferred leasing, and complex accounting transactions
• Support audits and year‑end close processes
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and monthly property reviews
• Collaborate with property management and corporate teams

• 5–10+ years in commercial real estate accounting, property‑level experience required
• Proficiency with MRI Software and fixed asset systems
• Strong understanding of deferred leasing commissions, deferred financing fees, and complex journal entries
• Detail‑oriented self‑starter with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
