Staff Accountant​/Bookkeeper

• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with payroll processing and related reconciliations
• Perform bank, credit card, and job cost account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate project accounting and documentation
• Support month-end close and preparation of internal reports
• Assist with compliance and internal controls
• Collaborate with internal leadership and external CPA

• 5+ years’ bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Construction accounting experience is a strong plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quick Books, Foundations, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Competitive compensation: $35–$45/hr. dependent on experience
