Revenue Auditor

CFS has partnered with a well‑known luxury hotel in seeking an Revenue Auditor to join their Finance team in downtown Boston, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who wants to grow into a Staff Accountant position. The Revenue Auditor will play a key role in reviewing daily revenue activity, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the broader accounting function.

This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and is eager to gain hands‑on financial experience.

• Review and reconcile daily revenue reports from all hotel outlets
• Verify accuracy of payments, postings, and revenue summaries
• Monitor and audit transactions from front office, food & beverage, and other revenue centers
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in daily income statements
• Assist with month‑end tasks and financial documentation
• Support the accounting team with ad‑hoc reporting and operational audits

• Hospitality experience required (hotel front desk, night audit, F&B ops, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or currently working toward a degree
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with hotel PMS/POS systems a plus
• Eager to grow into a Staff Accountant role
