We are working with a growing retail/CPG company who is seeking a Accounting Manager to join their team. We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience. This role will also assist with FP&A.
Responsibilities- Oversee accounting & finance functions (80% accounting / 20% finance)
- Manage a team of 2 (Accountant & AP)
- Financial reporting, modeling, ROI analysis & dashboard creation
- Heavy reporting & partnership with ownership (daily/weekly/monthly visibility)
- Strong balance sheet & cash flow management
- Monthly travel to NH manufacturing site
- Retail/CPG or manufacturing experience
- Management experience
- Net Suite (nice to have)
- Strong communication & business partnering skills
Compensation Package: $125K–$150K + bonus
