AP Specialist

Overview

AP Specialist $75,000/yr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage invoice processing, reporting, and monthly billing processes while supporting Project Managers and senior leadership. This position pays up to $75,000 per year and has a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance starting on the first day of employment.

• Verify the accuracy of incoming invoices for compliance
• Help project managers with the weekly payable paperwork preparation
• Create and distribute monthly reports for billing and project evaluations
• Manage the monthly invoicing process using completed billing forms
• Compile and present financial reports to Project Managers and the CFO

• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in construction or real estate industries
• Familiarity with project contracts, invoices, and change order documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Timberline/Sage 300, T-Scan, or Avid (a plus)
