Real Estate Accounting Associate $85,000
We are seeking a Real Estate Accounting Associate to join our team with a competitive compensation package of $85,000 annually, plus a bonus. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, maintaining a standard 40‑hour workweek.
OverviewThe ideal candidate will assist with financial accounting and reporting for the family office, handling approximately 70 entities, primarily in real estate. This dynamic role allows for personal growth and the opportunity to make the role your own.
Responsibilities- Heavy monthly reconciliations
- Recurring entries
- Reporting
- Accounts payable
- Various other functions
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Quick Books
- Extensive knowledge in MS Office Suite
