• Maintenance of vendor contact & payment address information
• Collection of W-9 forms
• Monitoring the Accounts Payable inbox
• Routing vendor invoices to the appropriate manager for approval
• Entering approved invoices into the accounting system
• Reviewing employee expense reports to ensure they comply with company guidelines
• Processing employee and vendor payments
• Preparing annual 1099 forms

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in Accounts Payable role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Experience using web based systems a plus

The salary for this position is $55,000 - $62,000 commensurate with experience.
