Overview
The Trust Accounting Analyst role is responsible for daily and monthly processing within the Trust Accounting and Portfolio Management Systems. Working under general supervision, this position supports all other business units including Trading, Reporting, Gift Administration, Pooled Fund Administration, Transitions, and Tax. This role has extensive knowledge on posting transactions into the accounting databases.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Performs daily and monthly account reconciliations and controls in compliance with internal and external audits.
- Contributes to decisions and projects of diverse scope that have a moderate impact to the organization (i.e. interface errors, accounting reconciliations, and accounting transactions).
- Executes complex and unusual accounting transactions in appropriate applications and databases.
- Executes business unit's operational controls and audit routines in compliance with internal and external audits.
- Assists in the testing and implementation of new initiatives for process/workflow improvements.
- Participates in month-end and period-end tasks (such as trust accounting reporting deliverables and client fee calculations/invoices) assigned to support their completion by due date.

Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Trust, Investment or Fiduciary Accounting
- 3+ years’ experience in Trust, Investment or Fiduciary Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with accounting systems
- Experience in a financial services, wealth management, or trust company environment
- Background supporting multiple business units or functions within an accounting operations team
- Familiarity with gift administration processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently under general supervision while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Anticipated Posting End DateCompensationBase Pay Range: $63,100/yr - $92,800/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the compensation package may include participation in an incentive program as applicable.
