Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable Coordinator $75,000/yr What weoffer:

• Base salary up to $75,000/year

• Review and validate incominginvoices for accuracy
• Assist Project Managers with preparing weekly payables
• Create and print monthly reports for billing and project evaluations
• Facilitate monthly invoicingprocesses using completed billing forms
• Compile and share monthlyfinancial reports with Project Managers and the CFO

• 2+ years of Accounts Payableexperience in the construction or real estate industries
• Familiarity with projectcontracts, invoices, and change order documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to adapt to new technology quickly.

• Experience with Timberline/Sage 300, T-Scan, or Avid
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
