AP Specialist

Base Pay Range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• AP Specialist will process and code invoices across various categories with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries professionally
• Perform вскет full AP tasks including invoice entry, approvals, and payment execution
• Handle high‑volume invoice processing in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
• Leverage automation tools and AI‑driven systems to streamline AP workflows
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with month‑end close and reconciliation activities
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Experience working in high‑volume environments
• Comfortable with hands‑on AP processing from start to finish
• Proficiency with accounting software and AP automation tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Tech‑savvy with a proactive approach to leveraging digital tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
