Position OverviewReporting to the Accounting Manager, this role is a key contributor to accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will manage core accounting functions, including cash and bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, month‑end close activities, and fixed asset management. You will also support audit preparation, tax compliance, and internal control initiatives and requirements. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, drive process improvements, and make a meaningful impact on financial operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Record daily bank transactions and manage cash reconciliation, including posting intercompany transactions.
- Process accounts payable invoices in BILL and issue accounts receivable invoices to customers; perform collection‑related tasks.
- Perform month‑end close activities, including accrual analysis and journal entries for:
- Revenue, commissions, payroll (salaries, bonuses, taxes, 401k), COGS, OPEX, and T&E.
- Record payroll journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger postings.
- Maintain fixed assets, prepaid, and other current asset/liability reconciliations within Net Suite.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts.
- Serve as point of contact for mobility‑related billing inquiries.
- Support annual audit preparation and tax compliance reporting.
- Implement and maintain internal controls in accordance with SOX 404(b), identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Participate in special projects and other tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; 3–5 years of experience in corporate and/or public accounting.
- Experience in technology-based companies, including international exposure, preferred.
