Top Boston-based Hedge Fund is hiring a Tax Associate with international tax experience, public accounting background, and a strong work ethic. The firm offers growth opportunities.
The Opportunity- Compliance and preparation of partnership tax returns (K‑1s and related forms)
- Analysis of tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740
- Research and stay up‑to‑date on new regulatory tax law pronouncements
- Coordinate with internal Legal and Finance teams on all relevant tax matters
- Prepare for international tax audits; collaborate with external auditors and consultants
- Preparation of forms 926, 8858, 8865, 8886, 5471, and W‑8
- Beautiful office in downtown Boston
- Hybrid schedule in Boston office

- 2–7 years of tax experience required (Public Accounting or Asset Management Company)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; high academic performance
- CPA and/or advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and self‑starter mentality
- Proficient with tax accounting systems and technologies
