You’ll assist with monthly closes, financial reporting, inventory accounting, GL reconciliations, budgeting, and internal controls. This role is ideal for someone excited to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with high autonomy.

  • Accounts Receivable Management:
Process customer invoices, monitor collections, and apply cash receipts. Handle deduction processing and resolve discrepancies.
  • Accounts Payable:
Review, code, and process vendor invoices. Ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Cash Transactions & Bank Reconciliations:
Post daily cash transactions. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve variances.
  • Generate invoices for customers and recognize revenue in accordance with US GAAP.
  • General Ledger Account Reconciliations:
Prepare reconciliations for key accounts. Maintain accurate GL balances in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Month‑End Close:
Assist with timely month‑end close activities, including journal entries and reporting.
  • Assist with budget requests, department requests, and ad hoc projects.
  • Desire to join in building an early‑stage CPG brand in close collaboration with leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to provide insights and contribute to decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably with a mix of high‑growth CPG or manufacturing
  • Experience with inventory and cost accounting in a physical product environment
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
  • High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar) and Excel/Google Docs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
