Sense is currently recruiting for an Assistant Shop Manager to work 15 hours per week at our shop in Boston on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting time to join our team and work in our network of over 120 shops as we continue our growth programme. We are looking for someone to lead and inspire an enthusiastic team, drive delivery of standards, operational and customer service excellence – all to maximise vital income generation for the charity.
Key areas of ownership- Building, training and inspiring a great team of volunteers
- Delivering superb shop standards, offer and customer engagement
- Driving stock generation and community engagement
- Self‑motivated, creative, great communicator and positively committed to working in charity retail
- Experience inspiring a team to provide excellent customer service
- An eye for detail to ensure a safe, clean and inviting environment for customers, staff and volunteers
- Experience working in a retail environment or occupying a team‑leader position
- Willingness to work bank holidays, weekends and flexible across 7 days of the week
