Join Albert Bartlett, a leader in the potato industry since 1948, as a Quality Manager and play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality management systems that comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Your expertise will guide the quality assurance team in monitoring our production processes, conducting audits, and addressing any quality-related issues promptly. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of quality across the organization, collaborating with various departments to ensure that our products consistently exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality management systems and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the quality assurance team to achieve organizational quality objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes and systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze quality data and trends, reporting findings to senior management and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the food production industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and relevant food safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in conducting audits and implementing food safety practices.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
  • A proactive approach to maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement.
  • Managerial Experience.
  • HACCP experience
  • Audit Qualification and experience and proven delivery of effective food safety and quality management systems. (BRC / Customer)
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
