Freelance Site Manager; Nights Temporary

Position: Freelance Site Manager (Nights) (Contract, Temporary)
Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager on a Temp to Perm basis to start early February in Boston, Lincolnshire on night shifts. You will be leading a site team to deliver fire upgrades throughout the hospital including fire alarms and signage. You will be reporting to an on-site PM and require a strong electrical / M&E background.

Requirements:

• Proven experience on similar M&E projects.

• Must have in date Black CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and DBS check.

• Must be able to commit doing night shifts.

• Must be able to commit to the full duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations

• Ensure program is on track

• Co-ordinate trades and electrical contractors

• Daily site reports

• Monitor H&S compliance including toolbox talks and audits
