Overall 15+ years in SAP S4 HANA as SD consultant
• Worked in S/4 HANA implementations as a hands‑on lead for SAP SD/OTC pricing in at least 2 of the 3 most recent projects.

SAP S/4 HANA OTC implementation & support
• SAP OTC fit‑gap analysis, designing and configuration, testing and related documentation
• Lead all requirements gathering and designing and configuration
• Work with ABAP/SD onshore/offshore team to conclude the required development
• Works with business COE/IT experts to make sure the business requirements are implemented with the best practices and standardized solutions
• Handle hyper‑care support, ongoing Break / Fix emergencies and Enhancements.

• New pricing requirements include tiers, coupons, etc.
• Gather pricing requirements and translate into SAP design, configure pricing procedures, conditions, etc. with SAP best practices, manage user exits needed for pricing and work with offshore/onshore developer, provide expertise in best practices for commissions design, test pricing through to billing and AR, work on Salesforce integration of sales data into pricing, participate in SIT OTC with pricing focus, must be able to interpret and work independently, ask sensible questions, raise issues to guide team lead, experience of working within a formal project methodology (ASAP & Agile frameworks).
