Role OverviewReflex Systems (part of the Reflex Group) has an opportunity for a technically aware telephone support - admin person who is interested in understanding and solving customers queries and questions on our range of products.
The role would suit someone with an enquiring mind who enjoys interacting with customers and suppliers and help ourcustomerssolve their problems.
Following training you will be one of the main points of customer contact for both internal and external customers providing technical support advice and pricing.
Roles and Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor on the technical and commercial aspects of our products and services.
- Providetimelyandaccuratesupport to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions, creating opportunities for additionalsales.
- Communicate proactively with customers to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Processcustomerorders in line with On Time In Full (OTIF) performance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Commercial awareness and ability toidentifybusiness opportunities.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
