Boston House provides slow stream Neuro Rehabilitation for 17 adults who have complex needs following a brain injury. You will work in conjunction with a Neuro‑Therapy Team, assisting the people we support with their ongoing rehabilitation goals.

• Promote independence and encourage engagement in the rehabilitation journey following brain injury.
• Support people to manage health care needs, including accompanying them to routine appointments, hospital admissions, and, when fully trained, administering medication.
• Empower people to manage budgets, pay bills, menu planning, shopping and domestic tasks such as cleaning and cooking, in line with therapy goals set by the therapy team.
• Assist with personal care.
• Follow tailored programmes of therapies set by our Physiotherapist, Speech and Language Therapist and Occupational Therapist.
