We are actively seeking a Technician/CDL Driver at Hydroline, a Synergen company, for the Haynesville District that will assist with rig‑up and rig‑down projects as a CMV driver and for rig‑up or rig‑down tasks. The driver will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company standards, expectations, and all DOT regulations. Quality & safety will be a focal point in all matters.

• Clamp lay flat, suction hose, discharge hoses, and assist operators.
• Perform traffic control when necessary.
• Monitor tank levels and operate pumps.
• Haul necessary items to and from job sites as assigned by supervision.
• Properly load, unload, and secure items being hauled.
• Participate in rig‑up & rig‑down meetings and ensure full understanding of the task assigned.
• Know and understand all DOT regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
• Constantly communicate with supervision on issues, changes, and specific needs for executing assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance of company policies and standards, including JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, etc.
• Execute facilities and work to the highest standard while meeting customers’ expectations and executing safely and compliantly.

• Current Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Current safety certifications, including but not limited to PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR (preferred).
• Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members.
• Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals.
• Drive a culture where our equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable.

Employees frequently use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The job requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
