Are you a hands-on technician with a strong mechanical background and a commitment to quality workmanship? We’re looking for a Shop Technician to join our team in Bossier, LA
. In this role, you’ll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of equipment and machinery in our shop. You’ll collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and customer service representatives to deliver excellent service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various types of equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes
  • Conduct equipment inspections to identify current or potential problems
  • Assemble, install, and test new equipment per specifications
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation of parts and repairs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and technologies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Participate in company safety and quality programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications a plus)
  • Previous experience as a shop technician or in a similar mechanical role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 45 lbs
  • Understanding of safety standards and best practices
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory systems
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands/arms to operate tools and equipment
  • Occasional lifting of parts or equipment up to 45 lbs
  • May involve extended periods of sitting while operating vehicles or machinery
