FULL TIME LPN/RN NEEDED!!! 7p-7a
Responsibilities- Patient Care:
Assist in the implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs. - Medication Administration:
Administer medications and monitor for side effects. - Support RN:
Assist RNs in carrying out care plans and follow their directives. - Resident Observation:
Monitor resident's conditions and report changes to the RN or physician. - Documentation:
Record patient information and updates accurately in medical charts. - Supportive Tasks:
Assist with resident mobility and personal care activities as needed.
- Active LPN/RN license in the applicable state.
- Experience in a geriatric care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
