• Responsible for scheduling and coordinating preventative maintenance and regulatory inspections
• Coaches maintenance staff to develop skills for team member development
• Operates the central utility plant which includes duel-fuel boilers, centrifugal chillers, medium voltage switch gear and diesel generators
• Coordinates small projects scheduling with other departments and vendors as needed
• Regularly performs inspections to identify areas of need and addresses them with team members
• Track material and parts stock
• Other duties as assigned

• Adherence to deadlines in an interruptive environment
• Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requiring an irregular work schedule
• Ability to effectively manage people, processes and procedures

• Three (3) years’ experience in leading or supervising facility maintenance staff
• Requires Grade 2 Stationary Engineer license
• You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards

• Casino is large and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency
• Ability to stand and ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel; use hands and arms to reach, legs and feet to balance, stoop, kneel or crouch
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs and infrequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
