This position is a Data Analyst Role on the NESD Defense team. Your duties will include:
- Work with peers to create reports, data insights, and overall data intelligence solutions
- Work with peers to manage report performance of the report tools and solutions
- Work with customers and leadership to provide meaningful solutions
- Work with peers on report projects including upgrades and migrations
- Collect, organize, and analyze structured and unstructured data to create actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Grafana or similar tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large data sets from various databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop analytical solutions.
- Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate findings effectively through storytelling and visualizations to stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to security policies and governance standards.

The likely salary range for this position is $59,500 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
