Overview
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full Time
Bossier City, LA | Monroe / West Monroe, LA
We are currently hiring full-time BCBAs to join our growing team in Bossier City and Monroe / West Monroe. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA looking for clinical quality, manageable caseloads, and strong leadership support.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs / behavior technicians
- Analyze data and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred (not required)
- Full-time
