As a Service And Engagement Team Leader, you will lead a team of hourly team members, create inclusive experiences, and drive loyalty programs and sales goals.

• Demonstrate inclusivity and create equitable experiences.
• Lead a passionate team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front‑of‑Store Attendants who strive to exceed guest service expectations.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals, guest engagement, and troubleshoot opportunities.
• Support Target Loyalty Programs and educate guests on benefits.
• Develop and coach team members, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Drive a culture of accountability and safe behaviors, including incident response and compliance.
• Manage a flexible schedule that includes early morning, evening, closing, overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills and welcoming, helpful attitude.
• Capacity to remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
