Overview
As Customer Support Supervisor, you will motivate, coach, and develop a team of contact center professionals. You will have the opportunity to hone leadership skills and problem-solving abilities in a high-energy environment while supporting a large federal government contract at our facility in Bossier City, LA. This role emphasizes motivating others, facilitating teamwork, and providing performance-based feedback.
Essential Job Functions- Models high ethical and professional conduct
- Maintains focus on client and operational goals while ensuring customer satisfaction; provides administrative support to assist with day-to-day operations
- Prepares and delivers presentations
- Aids human resources by interviewing prospective candidates and applying personnel management methods
- Leads a team of call center representatives using proven coaching methods
- Monitors performance to assure quality of service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of customer service experience
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
- Experience with computer software
- Experience with call center software and programs
- Willingness to work overnight shifts
- 1-2 years of customer service supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Call Center Management experience highly preferred
- Excellent business and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated experience with government programs highly preferred
