Een stichting voor sociale zorg in Borger zoekt een Sociaal werker/regisseur 2 voor 32 uur per week. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een caseload van ouders, jongeren en kinderen, waarbij je plannen van aanpak opstelt en regievoering verzorgt. Ervaring in het begeleiden van onveilige situaties en een hbo-opleiding zijn vereist. Je biedt waardevolle ondersteuning in complexe situaties en werkt intensief samen met collega's en betrokken instanties.
