Technical Sales​/Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales/Administrator to join our client’s team. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to follow up leads and liaise with the internal Sales team. You will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Duties include:

• Contact lapsed customers by telephone and email.
• Update their in‑house database with new data.
• Provide product knowledge where needed.
• Lead generation and qualifying information.
• Follow up with calls and emails, sending out relevant information to potential customers.
• Work closely with internal teams.
• Record quotations and communication using their SAP Business One system.
• Contact existing customers promoting new products.

Full‑time permanent position – 5 days in the office.

This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual passionate about sales and customer interaction who can build rapport. Professionalism is key to succeed.
