Are you an experienced Senior Contracts Manager looking to take ownership of high-value fit-out projects within a growing, well-respected business? This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious and expanding fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial interiors across London and the South East.

Operating in a fast-paced, professional environment, the business has built a strong reputation for quality delivery, trusted client relationships, and repeat business. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and play a key role in operational leadership and project success.

Your Role as Senior Contracts Manager:

* Take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion

* Manage project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners

* Oversee programme, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance

* Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

As a Senior Contracts Manager,

You Will Have:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager within the fit-out / refurbishment / interiors sector

* Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out projects

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Willingness to travel to sites across London and the South East

Package & Benefits:
