Your Role:

As a Recruitment Team Lead, working on either the permanent or temporary desk, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts. You will lead a dynamic team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading & Mentoring:
Inspire and guide your team to achieve recruitment goals while providing ongoing support and coaching.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we attract top talent.
Performance Monitoring:
Track team performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results.

Experience:

Enhance the candidate journey by ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment, and experience (or ability) to lead a team.
Results-driven and pro-active in nature.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day operations effectively.
A proactive attitude and a passion for finding the right fit for both candidates and the company.
