As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships and help drive our next phase of success.

The Role

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing roles end-to-end while delivering a first-class recruitment experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys relationship-building as much as results.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and develop existing client accounts, acting as a trusted recruitment partner

* Take detailed briefs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

* Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates

* Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding

* Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional services

* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance

* Consistently meet and exceed agreed KPIs and service levels

About You

* Proven experience in recruitment or account management

* Strong relationship management and communication skills

* Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach

* Organised, resilient, and comfortable juggling multiple roles and clients

* A team player who brings energy and professionalism to everything they do
