Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for a new challenge?
* CBW* is recruiting for a temp‑to‑perm position at a commercial property in Borehamwood. Successful candidates will be electrically qualified with a proven track record working in building maintenance. The hourly rate is up to £25 p/h with an immediate start.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (small installation, fault‑finding, lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control panels
Changing ballast
BMS system – monitor (hot & cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&A/Fabric maintenance
Maintain and update log books
Plumbing – unblock toilets
Pumps, motors

Hours & Shift Pattern & Rates

08:00 – 17:00
Monday – Friday
Temp to perm
£25 p/h

Requirements

Electrically qualified (City & Guilds – Level 2, 3 and 18th edition)
Proven track record in building maintenance
Good leadership & management skills
Safe systems of work procedure – PTW, RAMS experience
Health and safety and statutory compliance knowledge
Excellent oral & written communication skills & ability to develop working relationships internally & externally
Proven IT skills, including Microsoft Office
