The Role | Head of Geography Lead and develop the Geography department across KS3-KS5 Shape and deliver a rigorous, engaging Geography curriculum Line-manage and mentor Geography staff Monitor pupil progress and drive high standards of teaching and learning Contribute to whole-school initiatives and strategic development
The Ideal Candidate | Head of Geography
Essential Criteria PGCE (Secondary) in Geography with QTS Strong subject knowledge across Physical and Human Geography Proven track record of excellent classroom practice Leadership Experience Either:
