Accounts assistant

Location: Radlett

Solar Energy and Fibre Infrastructure. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Radlett.

Key Responsibilities

* Invoice Management:
Processing high-volume purchase invoices and matching them accurately to project-specific purchase orders.

* CIS Support:
Assisting with the administration of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and the preparation of payment statements for subcontractors.

* Supplier Relations:
Reconciling supplier statements and acting as the first point of contact for payment-related queries.

* Finance Support:
Supporting the Accountant with bank reconciliations, expense management, and maintaining accurate records within Business Central.

The Ideal Candidate

* Education:

AAT Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification, or equivalent experience.

* Industry Background:
Previous experience working in a construction-related or trades environment is essential.

* Technical

Skills:

High level of accuracy and organisation. Familiarity with accounting software is required, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV experience being a significant advantage.
